Acceptance
By using LocalPix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
LocalPix provides browser-based image conversion. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not guarantee availability or uptime.
Accounts
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Payment
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Data Processing
By using LocalPix, you agree to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We act as Data Controller (LGPD/GDPR). Our data processors include Google (Firebase), Stripe, and Google Analytics, each operating under their respective data processing terms.
Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the account settings. Deletion is permanent and includes: removal of all data from Firestore, cancellation of active Stripe subscriptions, deletion of your Stripe customer record, and removal of your Firebase Authentication account. Data is removed within 30 days of the request.
Your Rights
You have rights over your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including access, rectification, deletion, and portability. To exercise these rights, access your account settings or contact us at [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
LocalPix is provided as-is. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages resulting from the use of our service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
